Lisa 'Fancyfied' Francoeur

Lisa Francoeur is a decorated technologist in blockchain, a self-professed futurist, and a proud Haitian American whose family is from Jeremie, also known as Haiti’s “City of Poets.” Upon induction into The Haitian Roundtable's prestigious 1804 List, Lisa proclaimed that revolution is encoded in her DNA. Her alignment with the disruptive nature of technology inspired her to co-found Crypto Tutors, an award-winning, privately held, and profitable web3 education start-up.  

As the Founder/CEO of Fancyfied™ an innovation lab of human mindset engineering, the motivational and instructional speaker has delivered talks and corporate training at LinkedIn, Ghana Tech Summit, Doordash, Splunk, Meta, and Microsoft. Lisa has introduced large corporations, (including Salesforce, and AMC Networks) to her proprietary mindset training “Authentic Intelligence™ - the New AI.” An extension of the Authentic Intelligence training will debut as an audio-visual poetry album via The Kennedy Center's Social Impact Office Hours Resident Artist.

Privy to an ancestral lineage of disruptors and poets, Lisa continues to guide her multi-platform mission through her artistry. Her mantra is “If you want to predict the future, create it”.
