For ten years I proved I could carry everything. The work since has been about how to set it down — without losing what I built.

About the Author

Built from the
inside out.

She has spent over a decade at the intersection of technology, policy, and personal transformation. As a tech founder, policy advisor, and endurance athlete, she has lived both sides of high performance — the external accolades and the private exhaustion that follows.

Becoming Her is distilled from her own journey of moving from a woman who achieved everything on the outside to one who finally felt free on the inside. This is not theory. This is lived experience, translated into a framework built for women who've already proved themselves.

Frequently Asked

What is the Fancyfied Tri Challenge?

A 12-week structured training and nutrition program designed for women operating at the edge of their capacity. Built by an endurance athlete who refused to choose between high performance and a body that feels good in it.

Do I need to be an experienced athlete?

No. The program meets you where you are — returning to training after a break, or building from a strong base. What stays constant is the discipline of training inside a life that's already full.

What equipment do I need?

Access to swimming (pool or open water), a bike (road, gravel, or stationary), and running shoes. Full gear breakdown is shared at program kickoff.

Is this only for women aiming to race a triathlon?

No. Some participants race; others use the program for the structure, the community, and a body that performs across every domain of their life.

Next Cohort Forming
